Welcome to our home in Midtown Tallahassee! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom gem offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and convenience, nestled in the heart of town. Plenty of space abounds to host at least 8 people comfortably in two queen beds and two king beds.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by not one but three spacious living spaces, ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The large windows flood the home with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each bedroom is generously sized, providing ample space for family or guests.

The kitchen is a culinary haven with new appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large center island, perfect for hosting dinner parties or enjoying a quiet meal. The bathrooms are elegantly designed, featuring modern fixtures and luxurious finishes.

Outside, the huge yard offers a private oasis for outdoor activities and relaxation. Located in Midtown, you'll have easy access to Tallahassee's best dining, shopping, and entertainment options, all just minutes away.

The Mudroom entry is level to ground, but upon entering there are three steps up leading to the west side of the home (kitchen, two queen bedrooms and primary bedroom). Leading to the east side of the home (family room, rec room, other king bed/bath) is a landing that requires one step up and then back down.

There are two security cameras on the front of the house and one that covers the back of the property. Large yard is not fenced.

We had a great stay for a FSU game with family and friends! The property is clean and spacious and was great for our two families. This kids lived in the rec room playing ping pong and games!

What a beautiful home! We are 3 couples spending our final weekend in Tally as our children are all FSU seniors. The house allowed for each couple to have their own bedroom/bathroom and plenty of space, both indoor and out for our children and their friends to join us for dinner and breakfast. The home was immaculate, the kitchen incredibly well stocked, and communication with the host, Rebecca, very prompt. Our only complaint is that we didn’t find this gem 3 years ago!!

House had plenty of room, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. There are a short set of stairs that are necessary to go from one side of the house to the other and out to the driveway so anyone with mobility issues would have trouble. Other than that it was perfect for multiple families.

Perfect Tallahassee Family Stay

Booked this beautiful home for myself and family for our visit to Tallahassee for my daughter’s graduation. This house was absolutely perfect….great Midtown location, gorgeous and IMMACULATE home with everything we needed for a great stay! Bonus was the “family room” complete with ping-pong table, comfy sectional sofa and nice tv….we enjoyed a perfect evening all together playing ping pong, board games, and just hanging together….perfect family time that we just wouldn’t have enjoyed in a hotel. Had the best family weekend with everything we needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful and well-appointed home w/responsive and very hospitable hosts!!!

Perfect!

The house was large, clean and comfortable for our stay to Tallahassee. We were there for an extended weekend to tour FSU with our daughter and brought our small Shih Tzu. It was wonderful having the large yard for her instead of a patch of grass at a hotel. So much more convenient. Vrbo’s are also such a better alternative for space and cleanliness when traveling. Finding really clean hotels is increasingly hard. The neighborhood is an older established neighborhood but is being renovated into a new one with multiple homes being redone. Also the home is close to high end shopping in Midtown- like Lululemon and Whole foods. I spent a few days looking at properties before I booked- and a lot that I saw in the greater area close to FSU were renovated and looked fantastic in photos but when you checked the neighborhood on the google walk they were in some sketch areas. Not the case with this home. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time. This home was a gem! We will be back if we come back to the area for more visits.
