This house is wonderful! It was very clean and the communication on check in and check out was clear. The bedrooms are good size. The den has a really large sectional couch that fits lots of people. The yard is huge and private. We stayed for parents weekend and were able to have our boys over for a nice home cooked meal. The beds are so comfortable and the satin pillow cases on all the beds are wonderful! Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful *home* away from home for my family of 6! Close to campus, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, while being in a very quiet and safe location. Truly felt like we could relax, lots of little extras like throw blankets to cozy up on the couch or recliner with! Bathrooms and kitchen well maintained and clean, and love the FSU decor! Communication from the host was fantastic too. Only wish I had known about this home earlier as my youngest just graduated from FSU! Thanks again Tamra!

We absolutely love this house that we bought for our kids to stay while attending FSU. Our last one just graduated, but we didn't want to sell the house because we love coming to our Tallahassee home. We decided to turn it into a short term rental so we could have the best of both worlds. We hope you love it as much as we do.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We love that the house is centrally located and only 2 miles from campus. We enjoy sitting out in our backyard by the fire pit listening to nature and enjoying cooler evenings in the fall.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property is unique because of the quaint neighborhood with great neighbors! Also, having a private backyard which is great for kids or pets to run around.
