Private 4 bedroom 2 full bath property with newly fenced in backyard to enjoy the fire pit or kids/pets running around. In a quaint neighborhood centrally located to a buzzing restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Plenty of space for parking in 1 car garage, driveway or on a private street.Our house has all the kitchen amenities; convection oven, deep fryer, regular coffee and Keurig machine, stainless steel appliances with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops for all of your baking and dining needs. Only 2 miles from FSU campus. Go Noles!

This was a great property for our weekend family trip to FSU. Location was very convenient. Home was comfortable and we loved the open layout. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home, just as pictured. The location is very convenient and also in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The host has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and is a great communicator. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location if you’re in town for a football game and is within walking distance to restaurants. The house is really cute and had everything we needed for the weekend…even a crockpot! The host was great and responsive. We’re bookmarking this for future stays!

This property is very well kept and close to all of your shopping needs. The rooms where spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the backyard, it was great for catching up with friends. This is a great home away from home. I really appreciated the reminders around the home and the notebook with all the information we needed for our stay. I will definitely be back!

We absolutely love this house that we bought for our kids to stay while attending FSU. Our last one just graduated, but we didn't want to sell the house because we love coming to our Tallahassee home. We decided to turn it into a short term rental so we could have the best of both worlds. We hope you love it as much as we do.

We love that the house is centrally located and only 2 miles from campus. We enjoy sitting out in our backyard by the fire pit listening to nature and enjoying cooler evenings in the fall.

Our property is unique because of the quaint neighborhood with great neighbors! Also, having a private backyard which is great for kids or pets to run around.
