Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in Oakland with shared driveway parking, high ceilings, and soundproof walls for a quiet stay. Features an electric fireplace and a spa-style rainfall shower (no bathtub). The space is cool and softly lit, perfect for relaxing. Conveniently located near Downtown Oakland, Chinatown, and easy access to San Francisco.

This apartment was thoughtfully designed as a comfortable and peaceful retreat for guests like you. From the high ceilings to the clean tile flooring, every detail creates a simple, calming space to unwind after a long day.

The interior has a naturally cool and shaded feel, offering a quiet escape from the busyness of the city. Soundproof walls add to the sense of privacy, making it easy to relax or work remotely.

The living area features an electric fireplace and heater, perfect for cozy evenings. The bathroom includes a rainfall and handheld shower for a spa-like experience. (Please note: there is no bathtub faucet.)

The owner lives upstairs, but the space is separate and your privacy is respected.

Shared driveway parking is available on-site, making your stay more convenient.

We loved this cute place. Very roomy. Lots of pots, pans, comfortable beds...all around great. Hosts were very communicative, helpful and courteous. We will definately stay here again.

Wir sind als 4-köpfige Familie kurz nach dem Check in direkt wieder abgereist, da sich die Wohnung in einer aus unserer Sicht problematischen Gegend befindet, in der wir uns nicht wohl und sicher gefühlt hätten. Die Wohnung sah aus wie in der Beschreibung und machte einen sauberen Eindruck.
