I am an Arizona native where I have live in the Phoenix area my whole life. If you want to know any great places to visit that only the locals know about, I'd be happy to share. For my career, I am a real estate broker where I have been selling real estate for 20 years and I do property management. I have managed other short term rentals for my clients where I have brought them up to super host status. My wife works in the education field.

The neighborhood is located one mile north of Bell Rd where there are a lot of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood is a quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Our property is unique due to its location just 1/2 mile from the Glendale Recreational Center. Also, we have an outdoor living area where you can enjoy a cozy fire, relax with a cup of coffee or wife under our Levelor Pergola (Roof opens and closes). Furthermore, our artificial grass area you can play a round of Cornhole or play checkers on our large outdoor checkers board or have a nice meal on our outdoor dining table.
