Upstairs bath includes a jacuzzi tub. A gas grill and outdoor furniture adorn the deck, while a fully equipped kitchen completes the space. Located under a mile from Panguitch Lake and local restaurants, this property offers prime access to multi-use trails, ideal for exploration on foot or by bike. Nearby attractions include the Cedar Breaks, Duck Creek, Zion and Brianhead Utah, just 15 miles away, providing opportunities for winter sports and spring hiking. Super bummed the hot tub was not functional, but otherwise the house is lovely and the location is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and our stay near the lake.

Beautiful property! Clean! So lovely! The hot tub shown in the listing is not working. That should be removed from the listing until repaired or replaced. we were packing our swimming suits. The add shows it sleeps 10. We reserved for 6 adults and 3 children. We were charged 100 more per 2 nights for 1 child. Maybe VRBO requires that, but I feel the advertised rate should include the amount for 10 guests. Overall, a nice property and a great stay!

If anything this property is better than expected. The cabin is cozy, the property is beautiful and the host is excellent. We saw amazing wild life, lots of birds, deer and the biggest herd of sheep I’ve ever seen. From the hot tub in the trees to playing games around the fire. Lots of fun memories made. Can’t recommend enough.
