This spacious apartment is ideal for both tourists and business travelers. Located in a pedestrian-friendly area, it’s just a short walk to the LRT, Calgary Tower, Stampede Grounds, supermarkets, restaurants, & other attractions. Telus Convention Center, Stephen Ave, 17th Ave & Devonian Gardens are a quick 15-20 minute stroll away. Enjoy City Views, Comfortable beds, modern amenities & heated parking. Plus, it’s only 1.2 hours to Canmore & Kananaskis, & 1.5 hours to Banff.

Welcome to your perfect urban retreat! This spacious 2-bedroom apartment is ideally situated in the heart of downtown, offering easy access to transit, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Popular attractions like the Calgary Tower, Stampede Grounds, BMO Center, Stephen Ave, 17 Ave, Museums are a short stroll away. Enjoy the comfort of a cozy living space featuring modern amenities and stylish decor.
With a king-size bed, twin bunk beds, and a queen-size pull-out couch, it accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. The apartment includes a full kitchen with filtered drinking water, a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, utensils, pots and pans etc. Enjoy time on a sunny balcony with a BBQ grill, and a relaxing sunroom. Stay connected with included WiFi, and unwind in the living room with a 55" Smart TV.
The building does not have air conditioning, but to ensure your comfort during the warm summer months, I provide window AC units and tower fans. Your comfort and peace of mind are my highest priorities.
Laundry facilities are easily accessible on the Mezzanine floor, and an iron and ironing board for your use in the unit.
If you have children under 18, we may be able to accommodate them beyond the 6 adults for an additional fee—just reach out to discuss your needs. There is also a playard / pack n Play for your use.
Enjoy free, secure, heated underground parking, and take advantage of the nearby C-Train, public transit, and Lime Scooters. Calgary’s vibrant core is also just a short walk away.
Please note that your vehicle must not be more than 6.5 feet high as that is the max clearance to get into the underground parking. There is also free street parking along the streets.
I ensure a deep clean and disinfection before and after each stay, providing fresh linens and towels for your comfort. Looking forward to welcoming you!
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! I offer an automated self check-in option using a smart lock. You will be able to buzz yourself into the building at anytime during your stay. Take the elevator to the topmost floor. Once inside my rental, key FOBs are provided for secure access to the building and the heated underground parking.
Please note that your vehicle must not exceed 6.5 feet in height to enter the heated, underground parkade!
Twin sized bunk beds allow only a maximum of 200lbs (90kg) per level with normal use.
Please review Airbnb's latest Terms of Service and Community Disturbance Policy regarding the prohibition of parties.
You will need to sign our rental agreement before you are allowed to check-in into the building.
if you have 1-3 children under the age of 18, that exceeds the capacity of six adult guests, please reach out.
Check-out time is 11 AM. To give me enough time to clean and disinfect the space for my next guests, I kindly ask that you check out by this time. If you let me know in advance, I will do my best to accommodate a late check-out.
Please vacate the building completely upon check out as the Resident Lobby is not for guests to spend extended amount of time in. 😊
