Your romantic lake front spa adventure begins at this quaint, 1-bedroom bungalow located on the Lexington side of Lake Murray. Sit on the screened porch in your rockers under the fan overlooking the lake as the sun comes up. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Adjacent is a full bathroom and standup shower complete with walk-in closet and washer/dryer. In the living room, there's an additional sofa bed for stretching out in front of the TV. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy the full-size kitchen. You would think you are at the spa with a 6' deep cold plunge pool, large outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna and large shower/steam bath. And there's even a gym if you were so inclined. Whether you're here to swim in the cove, sun on the dock or relax in the hot tub, enjoy your time in Lexington at this fabulous spa bungalow.

This is a private house - you will not be sharing amenities (dock, spa, gym) with any other guests or owners during your stay.

This is a beautiful property on Lake Murray that we will be hopefully rebooking in the future. The place was extremely well done and care for, and unique with the spa feature. Very clean, responsive owner and a gorgeous view. Cant wait to get back again!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a couple….this is it! This over the garage apartment is perfect for a relaxing trip. The amenities are better than described and the property is beautiful! We put our boat in at Jake’s and tied up to the dock at the house. Just a perfect place!

Was a great stay only upset was the description icons made it seem like there was a pool and it was a cold plunge . So I would just fix that part.

Thanks for the feedback. And yes, since not everyone considers a cold plunge pool an actual 'pool', I'll update the listing to ensure there is no future confusion. We do hope others note that we have a lake to swim in, a large hot tub to soak in, a cold plunge 'pool' to refresh, a steam bath and a sauna bath - all make for a wonderful spot to have a relaxing weekend.

Wow! Kent sure knows how to pamper his guests. I have never felt more relaxed than I did after staying here for a couple of nights. We had plans to go explore the area, but we ended up staying most of our time at the house. This is a top notch spa VRBO! I can’t express the experience at this home, you’re just going to have to book and see yourself.

Check in was easy and the home was beautiful. The sauna and hot tub were very relaxing. The kitchen had almost everything we had hoped to find to cook some meals. If we lived in the state we would definitely be visiting again.

This lake house is the perfect place to relax and pamper yourself. From fishing, Kayaking, sauna, steam room, to cold plunge, it’s everything you could ask for. The house itself is cozy and comfortable. We would definitely go back.

fantastic lake retreat

This is our favorite location of Lake Murray; a quiet cove that feels remote but just minutes from the convenience of downtown Lexington. The bungalow was just as advertised and was fantastic. Clean space with well stocked kitchen and amenities. We were able to dock our boat for the long weekend and spent time on both the floating dock and covered portion enjoying the views. Thanks Kent for an amazing stay.

The entire property was beautiful! The lake view from the hot tub with a cup of coffee was the perfect way to start the day. The gym, sauna, and plunge pool made it feel like your own private oasis on the lake. Although there were neighboring houses close by, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. The proximity to Lexington and Columbia made it the perfect location to explore and then head back to your secluded lake paradise. Highly recommend.

A Serene Surprise—Better Than We Could Have Imagined

Our stay at this beautiful apartment near the lake was everything we didn’t know we needed. The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with top-notch amenities that made us feel right at home. The peaceful lake views were stunning, and the surrounding area offered the perfect mix of adventure and great food. The host was easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions in a timely and friendly manner, which made the experience even better. I have to say it was everything the description and other reviews said it was. The gym had enough to get a great workout, the sauna was a new and refreshing experience, as was the cold plunge. Lake view and dock area was very relaxing. The food in the area was great with some good experiences. Bungalow and amenity’s was clean and well kept. Overall great experience and will definitely recommend to our close friends as it often hard to find such gems that really deliver on description. I can’t say enough to express how nice this stay was and needed.

Quiet, clean, private

Freshly built or remodeled, nice furnishings, garage parking was a plus. When we pulled in, we were greeted by deer on both sides of the driveway. It was nice having a washer & dryer. It was actually helpful having a walk-in closet, too. I can't get over how quiet it was. Sadly, we didn't have time to check out the plunge pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, dock, or gazebo, but hopefully next time. Checkout was simple because there was no list of checkout "chores" regarding sheets, towels, dishes, trash, etc.
