Pro’s - home is clean, majority of the home is remodeled (minus 1 bathroom), quiet neighborhood Con’s- the owner lives in the basement (would have been appropriate to state that in the listing), the driveway is shared and throughout our stay we saw various different cars parked in the driveway (very unsettling, especially if you have small children), 1 bedroom was not functional because the blinds were broken and the room lacked curtains to make up for the damaged blinds, the same bedroom is stuffy and does not get cool down as the other 2 bedrooms (the vent is under the bed)

Such a great house for a very reasonable price!!

My kids and I all enjoyed our stay!! The host was easy to reach if I had any questions and had all we needed in a house! Thank you for the awesome stay!!!!

SLC hospital stay

The property was just as pictured. It was perfect for our 5 week stay. The property manager was so easy to work with and easy to contact. I would definitely stay there again. You would be luck to stay here.
