Incorrect listing description, big frustration

Went to checkin at 8pm, found messages that the owner wanted me to send him the ID's for everyone staying including my 18 yo kids. AND wanted me to send him a photo of my cc which VRBO warns against. When I called VRBO about it they said no and then I found out that despite the home being listed as 'Entire Home', which slept 10 people, he wanted to charge me double because our plans had changed and we had brought two kids in addition to my spouse and I.! I was on the phone with VRBO and him for over 2 hours. The VRBO agent tried to tell him he was in violation of the agreement because I had a screen shot showing the entire house listing, but he refused us to stay unless we paid double and I had to go find a hotel at 11pm for our 3 nights in town! So frustrating and needless. I guess the owner had changed the listing to renting each of the rooms separately instead of the entire house a week before our arrival, but we booked the place almost almost 2 months before!
