The property is as listed. The back yard is huge and secure/safe for your dog. It is the biggest and most secure yard we have ever had at a rental. You cannot access the backyard from the bottom level. The neighborhood was quiet. The house and yard could have been cleaner. Would definitely stay there again.

The inside was just as pictured, very comfortable and pleasant. A little surprised by the environment on the outside. We had no trouble, but it was a little less positive. Yard could be mowed and there were many cars around each of the neighbors houses which made it a little tight getting in and out of the driveway/parking area.

Thank you for the review, Lorena! I’m so glad you found the inside comfortable, pleasant, and exactly as pictured. We appreciate your feedback regarding the exterior. We have our lawn mowed bi-weekly, but it looks like the spring growth got ahead of us this time! We have already taken care of it to ensure the yard looks its best. Regarding the parking, our property features a spacious driveway and a 2-car garage that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles (plus RV parking), so there is typically plenty of room for our guests. We apologize if the neighborhood traffic made navigating the driveway feel a bit tight during your stay. Thank you again for helping us improve, and we would love to host you again!

Overall the house was nice. The beds were clean. The location was nice and quiet. Problems: 1) late check-in due to place being cleaned 2) The kitchen ware and utensils were dirty. 3) a painting over the bed fell and landed on the person laying there (first night). Luckily was facing opposite the headrest. Looked like the frame was hanging off a few thump tacks. 4) owner quick to respond. But lacked execution: stated will have maintenance stop by, but no one ever did. Stated will partially refund first night but never did. Would be a great place to stay once the owner makes the place safe.

Everything was great, amazing except for the main entrance we were locked out of the house for over an hour bottom door lock was not working and couldn't get in the property. Had to call customer service and they then had to call owner to let us in.

To clarify for future guests, the bottom lock was functioning properly, but the bold had accidentally been locked inside the house. Pros:Plenty of bedrooms/beds/bath for everyone to have their own spaceLocation is 2 min drive to Casino. Easy access to outlet mall and freeway.Spacious kitchen.Comfortable living area. Room for improvement:Not enough cleaning supplies (couldn't find multipurpose cleaner for kitchen counters, no broom or vacuum) supply a dish rack (the "pads" on counter did not smell pleasant.)Could have more pans, etc. for cooking for familyNo screens on bedroom windows or patio slider. Weather was beautiful and it would have been nice to open the house up a bit. Access to a washer and dryer would have been a plus, especially with little kids.
