Everything our large family had hoped for. Spacious rooms and a most beautiful view, we enjoyed the walks into Center Street area. The water was great, we might have hoped for a little warmer weather but everything else was fine.

The house was a great size and the location was perfect. Right on the beach and a short walk from restaurant and the pier. Will for sure book this house again next summer!

House was a mess. Kitchen was not as pictured. Tv room was not really a room. It was part of a bedroom. No hot water when we arrived (fixed later that evening). One toilet broken. Not fixed before we left. Dirty. Spigot in kitchen and one bathroom ready to fall off (fixed while we were there). Mildew in bathroom. Holes in walls, needing a good coat of paint. Board loose on back deck (fixed while we were there). One electrical outlet also fixed while we were there. Lights in ceiling fans not working. Unable to change speed in ceiling fans as no remotes or pull chains, just an on/off switch. Location was fantastic.
Mildew/mold around tub. Missing tile.
Mismatched cabinet handles
Dirty window ledge
No water in toilet

Great location but tired house needs serious updating

The location and beach were great and our family had a lovely time being together in spite of the following: Many features of the house and property were damaged, in disrepair or old, including doors that would not close, stained rugs, pitted floor tiles, torn window shades, wood pieces, stone and screen on the property, hanging kitchen drawer hardware, dirty hoses, missing shutters on the outside windows, empty gas tanks, old toilet seat, and broken slats on the porch. The physical quality of the house and property did not meet our expectations for a rental property through VRBO.
