We are from the Nashville, TN area and we have been owners in the Panama City Beach area for over 12 years. We owned a condo directly on the beach, but after time, we decided to move closer to family nearby, and that we needed more room around us. Time to sit outside in our extra large backyard, have cook outs with friends and family, and time and space to RELAX. We have enjoyed being a host for many years, due to the fact that we like talking to people, and enjoy offering our blessing to others. Our thoughts are to have a location, and "home away from home" that we can come down and enjoy, and SHARE with other people.

We love Laguna Beach, it's on the quiet, WEST END of Panama City Beach, and VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY! It is a short 1.5 BLOCKS, 5 MIN walk to the White, Sand Beaches of this area. You'll meet such nice people, that you'll look forward to coming down again and again, year after year.

It has a very large, spacious and open area, including the fully furnished kitchen, large dining space with extra large table (for all the family to eat dinners together, after their day on the beach) MOMS LOVE THIS! And a spacious living room, with lots of seating, and a large 75" TV to enjoy your favorite shows and sports.
