Enjoy your time away with spectacular views of the Gulf Front at our three-level direct beachfront townhome. Whether you sit on the first level deck or the porch on the ground level, dolphin spotting is a game you can all play. Or sink your toes in the sand steps away...

Our place is spacious and roomy and perfect for a relaxing vacation! Start your morning with fresh coffee from our coffee machine. Full sized kitchen with everything needed to make your beach meals or enjoy your takeout. Granite counters, stainless full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you may need.
Stylish open living area with 55 inch Smart TV, fast WIFI. and tasteful decor. Three bedrooms as well as a bunk bed offer lots of room for a comfortable stay.

What's nearby:
Don't miss visiting the uber-famous Thomas donuts and indulge in speciality donuts and other sweets. Enjoy dining at the multitude of restaurants on Front Beach Road. Enjoy a fantastic shopping experience and dining in the Pier Park area which has every possible store you may need!

Unit is in a great location. Easy access to beach and not crowded at all. The ground floor bedroom is a plus for its privacy. The top floor bedrooms could be a challenge for “older folks” who struggle going up and down stairs. Beds slept great and bathrooms are more than adequate. The kitchen/ living room level was nice. The balcony was large and plenty of furniture but your neighbors are right on top of you. Not a problem for my family but if you’re looking to have morning coffee on the balcony, you’re not gonna be alone if your neighbor decides to do the same. All in all, I would def stay here again.

Great location!

We like this location because it’s away from the hustle and bustle of PCB. Located just east, there is an awesome doughnut/ice cream/pizza spot. A little further down is a small grocery store with everything you’ll need for you stay.

The location of Dolphin Dunes was perfect! Just loved seeing the beautiful sky and ocean all day every day. It was nice being oceanfront in an uncongested area and Thomas' Donuts was too convenient - had to indulge!

Perfect Location for Beach Relaxation & Gulf Swimming

The location was perfect for relaxing on a white sand beach with easy swimming in the Gulf. The host provided beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for a perfect beach vacation. We truly enjoyed this stay and do recommend for those wanting a beach right outside your back door!

Awesome townhome and location

We had the best time staying at this townhome. It was clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen & with 4 adults, 2 teens & 2 kids it had plenty of room & everyone said their bed was comfortable. You can't beat the location just being able to walk right down to the beach & not deal with elevators and it was away from the busy part of Panama City but still close enough to restaurants & shopping. We stayed during Spring Break & it was like having the beach to ourself. Everything was updated & taken care of & the Trex decking on the back porch was really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a quieter part of the area, it was clean, well furnished, and a great view from the deck. Right on the beach! Can’t be beat.

Delightful

We had the most wonderful stay. This unit was just as advertised. We were there for 11 nights and enjoyed every minute. I loved being able to walk out the back door and be right on the beach. Gia the host was very responsive.

Beachfront view was amazing

The location and the view were perfect. We come down twice a year as our family has a house locally but it was rented out during the times we wanted to come this past September. We were pleased with the 3 story, spacious bedrooms and closets. Overall it was clean, however when you got to the second floor it smelled like musty water. We then figured out they have had a pretty significant leak from the third floor bathrooms that damaged their ceiling in the kitchen/dining room. I’m not sure if that has been an ongoing issue or something new that was disappointing and concerning but we didn’t let that bring us down. They had a lot of utensils, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Overall it was a great stay!

Great Owners

The AC wasn't working when we arrived. The owners were responsive and were able to get a technician out the same day. Unfortunately, it wasn't something that could be fixed right away. The owners, helped us find another place to stay so our vacation wasn't ruined. For the short time we were there, the townhome was exactly what we were looking for. We would book this place again and with the owners.

Awesome place!!

Dolphin Dunes was wonderful. Great location and a great townhouse. Everything needed was there. Everyone was very pleased and have already ask if we can get it again next year. We have been coming to PCB for 17 years now and have stayed at different places every year and I have to say this was the best by far!!

Great location

The beach was amazing! No crowds. Great location for a relaxing laid back vacation! Townhouse had plenty of supplies and linens. Plenty of room for 6. Only thing I would recommend is that a TV be added to downstairs bedroom otherwise it’s perfect
