Welcome to the Weinert House! The Weinert House is a historic home located near downtown Seguin,Tx. Seguin is located in between Austin and San Antonio with so much to do. Past owners have said the guests have reported sightings of the long gone Weinert sisters, Clara and Miss Ella. Not to worry, they haven't been seen in a very long time & are reported to be very friendly.
The Weinert House is spacious & conveniently located blocks from downtown nightlife & restaurants. The 2 story home has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, multiple living areas, & a full kitchen. The home features an outdoor gameroom with a kitchenette, outdoor restrooms ,& an underground pool. There are firepits & bbq pits for our guests in the outdoor area. The Weinert House sleeps 14 people comfortably & allows a max of 18 people. The home comes with ample parking. There is also a garage apt. for 6 available upon request. We know you will enjoy this beautiful home in historic Seguin, Texas!

This house was beautiful! You can tell the owners really put a lot of thought into the house. They even had a highchair available. Most houses we stay at we end up needing to bring our own kitchen ware to cook, we didn’t even need it this time! The owners were really great and responsive everyone loved the house and location!

Great stay

Beautiful home with food and convenience store in walking distance. Plenty of room to sleep everyone. Loved the house and will choose this house again in the future when visiting.

the pool was a little murky but over all we enjoyed it, we couldn't figure out lights by the pool but thats probably just because we didn't want to really take the time to look for them. Other then that everything was good and we had everything we needed for the weekend.

We had a family reunion/vacation in this beautiful Victorian style home. It had great amenities such as the game room and pool and it accommodated all of us. It is behind a gas station that is on a pretty busy road so there was a lot of traffic and noise that we weren’t used too but we got used to it before the week was out. The caretaker was very accommodating when we questioned why the pool was cloudy. She had the pool guy come back out immediately!

Beautiful home

Loved staying in this historic home. Felt like stepping back in time to a more elegant day and age. Clean, open, lovely property…had everything we needed.
