EACH UNIT IS COMFORTABLE FOR SMALL FAMILIES AND OR COUPLES!
This property is typically available to rent as 2 separate private units but with this listing, you get both units of this privately separated duplex. Exterior Cameras on both front doors facing the street and a camera facing the parking lot.

Located in Amarillo, this house is a dream. With 2 fantastic queen beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 2 enchanting living rooms with SMALL sofa beds, guests will feel right at home. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this terrific property has everything you need. The whole property is fully remodeled with a brand-new HVAC System throughout, updated appliances including a stackable washer and dyer unit. We think our place will help you experience everything Amarillo has to offer.

Brand new fencing surrounding the property allowing guests on either side to step out for a moments choosing along the side of the units themselves, keep in mind that there is a separation wall between the 2 units outside in order to give more privacy to both sides.

Pets are welcome BUT they must be included prior to your booking AND they must not be left alone in the unit without you. Any pet not mentioned in your booking is not authorized to be there and will result in an extra fine and or immediate cancellation of your booking with NO REFUND.

Loved the place

Came in to visit family and show my son around Amarillo. This duplex was perfect!! My son stayed in one unit and I in the other. Super nice and comfortable!!!

Enjoy historic Rt 66 outside and lots of attractive and convenient modern features inside this cozy duplex in Amarillo. The location is great, tucked in with local shops and dining, and within easy driving distance of other local points of interest. Natoria is an awesome host, easy to communicate with, and she leaves you snacks! Booking both units of the duplex works perfectly for couples or families traveling together who would like privacy and their own space but also would like the option to hang out together. We'd definitely recommend a stay here!

Cute duplex

This property was clean, well decorated, organized, and offered great amenities (laundry, coffee maker, and dishes.) Description says sleeps 8, however the sofa sleeper is small and not made for comfort. This listing is probably best suited for outgoing people. It's located on historic Route 66 among lively breweries and restaurants with heavy traffic that is loud.

Relaxing getaway

I want to say Ms. Natoria owner of these beautiful duplex vacation rental homes , she is professional , thoughtful and kind. Great taste in decor of home and equipped it well. She left us snacks also. She communicated before arrival, answered questions promptly , and evening before departure with instructions . Landscaping of the entry home was just added it adds beauty to the out side of property. Queen bed was comfortable. Sofa sleeper is great to sit and visit but not for sleeping . My family and I were impressed with the care and upkeep of the homes , we enjoyed our stay And definitely I recommend this vacation home to stay away from home. I plan to book again for next years convention week . A friend came to visit briefly and she was impressed with the duplex homes and also thought price was great for the duplex A& B rental. She is looking forward to rent when visiting Amarillo. Thank you Ms. Natoria for your property being available for business. A beautiful home away from home ! Thank you for being Amazing Ms . Natoria.

Hey yall! This is duplex is my first Airbnb ever, i really enjoyed the process of picking everything out for it, from the stucco colors, to the fencing stain, and everything that went inside and brought it to life. I do see myself getting into interior designing in my future.

I grew up in the surrounding area, 6th Street or better known as RT 66 is a poplar strip for the locals here in Amarillo. There's always something going on with the community, and always something going every weekend. Typically the restaurants have live bands come out to play and entertain and its a good time all around.
