This San Diego treasure offers three bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed each and the other bedroom offering 2 queen sized beds. This makes it ideal for family vacations or getaways with friends as the home easily sleeps 6-8 guests because of the large couch. Bedrooms offer high quality linens and bedding to make your night sleep as comfortable as you would have at home.

The bathroom is beautifully designed with gorgeous tile detailing in the shower. Stocked with everything you need, you can rest assured it’s the perfect place to prepare for your day in San Diego.

Our bright blue kitchen is custom designed and fully-equipped. The stainless dishwasher and tile countertops will inspire you to create one of your best dishes yet. Enjoy it atop our bar-height table with stylish stools. The living room features a large, comfortable sectional and flat screen tv, perfect for taking in a movie with family or friends, or just lounging after a long day of adventure.

Enjoy morning, afternoon, or evening in the large shared outdoor space, including a sun porch. Cook on our large BBQ grill and lounge around the wood fire pit in the cooler evenings.
As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the unit. You can also spend time outdoors in our shared outdoor living space, including sun porch, BBQ grill, and fire pit.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, with the North side of the house being Bankers Hill where you can find amazing restaurants and then head straight to Balboa Park and enjoy world class museums and pop-up events. Maple Canyon Trail is a beautiful scenic hike that is only a 3 min walk from the house, leading straight to the Bankers Hill neighborhood and Balboa Park.
South Side being Little Italy, one block away, keep walking and you'll see the San Diego Bay with beautiful scenery, the Maritime Museum, Star of India Ship, as well as PortSide Peer for amazing fishing, food, and a charming sea-side town feel. Saturday and Wednesday there is a Farmers market in Little Italy within walking distance (~10 minute walk to Little Italy).
West Side being International Restaurant Row within a 3 min drive to delicious and varied cuisines, as well as various comedy clubs in the area.
East of the place you can walk/bike/drive straight into Downtown San Diego.
