Our fully remodeled slope-side getaway is located at the base of Alyeska with gorgeous views of the mountain. Just a short 2 min walk from the ski lifts, the Sitzmark Bar & Grill, and only 1 min from the fantastic Jack Sprat restaurant, our location cannot be beat. The unit comes complete with everything needed to cook full meals, relax after a day in the mountains, and get a wonderful night's sleep to wake up refreshed for more adventures!

All bookings will have a $300 incidentals, damage hold that will be released 48 hours after the reservation.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises. - If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs plus potential additional loses. - No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch. - Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. - NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. - NO Pets - If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. -Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.
