The unit has a full kitchen with new appliances, stocked with all the gourmet cookware, plates, and kitchen utensils you need, a living room with plenty of natural light, TV and full size pull-out sofa bed, a master bedroom with a queen size bed, expansive windows to admire the view, and a large bathroom with standup shower, and double sinks. Finally, a large private deck with amazing views, outdoor patio table and chairs, and a BBQ to grill outside.

Guest access:
The guesthouse can be accessed from the right side of the house. Go past the garage, enter through the black wrought iron gates, to find a lockbox with key. The unit is accessed through the keyed patio glass doors.
