The space:
Twilight Palms Retreat is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom private home featuring 1 California king, 1 King, and a Queen bunk (2 Queens). We offer a fully-stocked kitchen, coffee bar (Keurig k-cup & pot duo), indoor and outdoor dining, living room with a smart TV & record player with speaker system. A stocked laundry room in the garage is available for use during guests' stay.

Pool and Hot Tub:
Jacuzzi heating is included with your stay and can turned on/off via remote.
*We can heat the entire pool for you with an additional fee of $75 per night - this additional fee is charged at cost to cover the gas power to heat the pool to 85 degrees F, which is lower than the hot tub temperature, which heats up to 102 degrees F.

Extra spaces/amenities include:
Tanning beds, back patio seating & outdoor projector screen movie set-up, an outdoor bar & seating area in the arched front patio, and a dedicated wellness / sound bath/yoga area.

Contactless check-in. Guests will receive a front door code for access prior to arrival. Guests have access to the entire home.

Please read through house rules prior to check-in & check-out procedures (very minimal) prior to check-out. We highly value offering guests a clean, organized space, goodwill with neighbors, and overall safety. We appreciate guests' dedication to helping us maintain our excellent standards of quality :)

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy:
Depending on our booking calendar, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. It is totally dependent on calendar availability and our turnover crew's schedule. In these cases, an additional fee of $75 will apply in these cases to compensate cleaners for adjusting their schedule.
