The main floor is built for gathering, with something for everyone to enjoy. The open-concept great room offers sweeping Gulf views and smart TVs, while the large dining space brings everyone together for meals. A state-of-the-art theater room sets the scene for movie nights, and a game room keeps guests of all ages entertained. This floor also features a gourmet kitchen equipped with 2 ovens, 3 refrigerators, drip and Keurig coffee makers, generous counter and pantry space, and all else needed for cooking and serving large groups. Rounding out the main level are 2 King bedrooms, one with a Queen sleeper sofa, with private baths. 2 half baths (one off the game room, one poolside), and laundry machines complete the floor.

The top floor holds the majority of the home's sleeping space, with 10 bedrooms in a variety of layouts to suit every need. Guests will find 2 King bedrooms with Twin daybeds and trundles, a King bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa, and 5 additional King bedrooms, all with private full baths. 2 more double Queen bedrooms, each sleeping 4, both with a full bath just across the hall for convenience. A seating area with balcony access completes this level.

Outside, the private heatable pool is surrounded by a spacious deck and lounge chairs, with a poolside half bath and outdoor shower adding extra convenience. An outdoor dining area and charcoal grill make al fresco meals easy, and the private dune walkover leads straight to the beach. Guests staying on the top floor can also step out to a second covered porch for sweeping sea views and fresh ocean breezes.

Located in West Beach, Gulf Shores, Aqua Vista sits just 2.6 miles west of Hwy 59, offering a peaceful setting that's still just minutes from restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties.
