It’s always amazing everytime I come to town to see family and stay here! Everything is in walking distance and it feels like home. I can’t wait to come back

The place was gorgeous and a fantastic location for the marathon. Great place and a great city. Super convenient.

This property does have really great potential. The entries, both front and back could definitely use some attention and cleaning. Neither was a great first impression. There are several cosmetic issues such as broken door, and cabinet handles as well as, closet doors being off track. Additionally, there are some mechanical issues such as the refrigerator and freezer were not cold whatsoever, you couldn’t keep drinks or food, and the clothes dryer did not heat. Other than that, the location was very nice if you like a small, downtown vibe and it was an easy drive to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake! With some more attention to detail, this place could be really nice and I’d certainly consider staying again.

The host was amazing…accommodated our delays and early check -outThe apartment was spacious , very comfortable, and clean. Multiple keys provided for all our family members-so we could come and go independently . Would definitely stay again….Convenient and quiet….even though located on Market street. Parking lot behind building was always accessible to all our family members. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Kathryn!!!

Family stay

Stay was great. The one issue that I had was with parking. If you’re not careful about when/where you park during weekday business hours then it could add a lot of additional expenses. Fortunately, I was familiar with the area, but if someone forgets to pay for parking or leaves a vehicle somewhere to long then it will get them a parking ticket very quickly.
