Welcome to Heron’s Landing, a stunning lakefront home on the public side of Lake Anna. Nestled in a quiet cove with deep water, this property offers spectacular views, easy swimming, and excellent fishing right from the private dock.



This spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an open living area designed for gathering and celebrating special occasions. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with an Instant Pot, crockpot, large stockpot, and plug-in griddle. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table or unwind in the great room with vaulted ceilings and cozy seating.



Step outside to a huge deck perfect for summer nights, a screened porch at the house, and another at the boathouse—both offering serene lake views. End your day by the newly installed large smokeless firepit, ideal for cooler evenings.



The lower-level family room is perfect for fun and entertainment, featuring a pool table, foosball, games, and toys for all ages. With fiber internet and streaming-only TV, staying connected has never been easier.



Heron’s Landing accommodates up to 8 guests, providing plenty of room to spread out and relax. Whether you’re enjoying the water, dining on the deck, or cozying up indoors, this lakeside retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Turnover day is Sunday to Sunday—come experience the beauty and tranquility of Lake Anna at Heron’s Landing!



Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!

- Summer Rentals are Sunday to Sunday.

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- 8 Adults Maximum

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
