Welcome to your perfect getaway at Vilano Beach! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, just a short walk from the sandy shores. Enjoy the spacious layout, featuring a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for family gatherings or relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. Welcome to your perfect vacation home in Vilano Beach!
This 3 bedroom home is 2 blocks from the ocean and offers the easiest access to historic St Augustine from a beach location. This open, spacious home offers plenty of comfort with a fenced in backyard perfect for your pet.
Half a block away is a playground, dog park, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court and field with a backstop. Less than a mile to Publix and the charming Vilano Town Center with a coffee shop and restaurants.
Used as a personal family vacation home, you'll experience the comfort of being right at home. There's a large deck and hammock in the back to unwind after a day on the beach or exploring downtown.
The master bedroom features a spa master bath with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. Each with a ceiling fan.
The backyard is the perfect place for your morning coffee, outdoor dining, grilling or a game of bocce ball. We've been told this area is also our most popular "remote office space."

The beach is only a few blocks away and an amazing park next door. This house is located at Vilano Beach and the closet beach access is Surfside Park Beach. They provide free parking, bathrooms, showers, grill, tables and direct beach access.
Northshore Park is 4 acres, a half a block down the street. They have a playground, basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts, a baseball diamond and dog park.

The easy walk to the beach, so the location and price point are unbeatable. The living quarters are so comfortable and welcoming after a long day at the beach or exploring old town. And not to mention the private fenced in backyard. And not to mention the additional space in the garage with a basketball pop a shot game and life size connect 4.
