Wonderful home for relaxing

Really enjoyed staying here. After a day at the beach or visiting St Augustine being able to come back to our home away from home and relax in the hot tub and pool was a perfect end to the day. Very clean and dog friendly was a big plus for us.

Wonderful property

We loved at stay at this house. It was very clean and well furnished and the host was very responsive. Our favorite part was the wonderful outdoor area with the pool and covered patio, but it was a bit cold to use as much as we would have liked.

Excellent Vacation Home

The home was immaculate and filled with everything you may need on vacation. In the evenings, we sat on the back patio and played games after grilling and eating dinner on the covered patio. My husband and grand kids enjoyed fishing off the dock connected to the house. The owner was readily available if needed. The heated pool was enjoyed by all. I would highly recommend this house! Bikes and a wagon were provided for a short ride or walk to the beach.

Very nice, clean and comfortable

The outside area with new pool, large covered sitting area plus a nice hot tub makes this home a perfect vacation stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable and it was very clean when we arrived. The entrance to Crecent Beach that is accessible for on beach driving is less than a mile away and we loved being able to drive up, with our stuff was wonderful. Highly recommend this home.

Also, fun things to do with kayaks and bikes in your own garage ready for you whenever the moment is right. No need to rent or have a time limit. Wonderful peaceful setting with heated pool and hot tub with views of the waterway. Bring your boat and dock outback on the 14x20ft floating dock. Great getaway

Perfect getaway for St. Augustine area. Short drive to the beach with access to intercostal waterway. House was well maintained and had everything we needed from kitchen tools to beach accessories. We would stay here again.

St Augustine beach vacation

The house and outdoor patio were perfect for our kids. Plus they had all the beach equipment we needed and kayaks to explore the canals. House was clean and appliances top end. Very nice place to stay

So much fun

This was away from the hustle and bustle and yet still close enough to the action. We could be in historic district within 20 min, walk to crescent or butler beaches bike or run in the neighborhood get food along St Augustine Beach go to the Lighthouse. We did so much in a week but the house itself was the vacation. The kids loved the pool my husband lived in the hot tub and we loved watching movies at night after doing an activity during the day. We loved the castillo, the historic areas (did a ghost tour), carriage ride, the reserve, running on crescent beach to name a few of the things.

Boat dock in your back yard if you choose to bring your boat. The kayaks and bikes are fun to have right there in your garage, for when you want them. Just a short bike ride to the beach. Since I clean with the same cleaning girl, I’ve had for years, everything is super clean and of high quality. What more could you want? Thanks again for keeping your special home so nice!

Family Vacation

This is the second time we stayed at this home and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation once again. The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and located close to the beach. It's also just a short drive to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful summer vacation. Donna was wonderful to work with. House was very clean and in a great location being on a canal and walking distance to the beach. My family really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again. My family rated the vacation a 10 out of 10

Thanks so much for your review. I am so happy you enjoyed your vacation and had a wonderful time. I work really hard to keep my home updated and beautiful and clean for my guest. I offer kayaks, bikes, heated pool, boat dock, fishing poles, and a cornhole game for fun. I clean each and every time along with the cleaning crew to make sure everything is perfect. Great place to stay!

Place was very clean. Pool and hot tub were great. My son and I caught fish from the dock. Plenty of room for my wife, son and extended family. Had a great time here and will definitely book again.

Lovely waterfront home near the beach.

Beautifully decorated house with everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Outstanding poolside patio. Donna is very helpful and her suggestions on restaurants in the area were great.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. Happy to hear you loved your vacation home and enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool/patio area. It is so nice to grill steaks on the Weber grill, under the large covered patio, by the pool/hot tub, while you watch the outside TV or watch the fish jumping on the waterway. Hope you got a chance to go kayaking too! Also, many great restaurants in this town and the Historic District is great with so many things to do. Hope to see you again. Beautiful Vacation Home

The house was well equipped for our family with two little ones. The pool was beautiful. The location was ideal for us. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach. Home owner was easy to work with and very nice. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

I started buying homes in St. Augustine. This home was my first in 1996. Always loved this home and wanted to retire here one day. In 2003 I was introduced to vacation rentals by one of my clients. I bought my first vacation rental home in 2003. I enjoyed decorating and managing my home so much I bought four more between 2003-2005. You will always enjoy my homes and have a great vacation. Love this beach and the waterway. Enjoy boating. This home has it all! The beach is close, your boat docked outback, the heated pool and hot tub and beautiful views of the waterway. Home has large rooms and completely redone bathrooms and kitchen. Large two car garage with his and hers bikes and kayaks.
