Beautiful and elegant, this studio condo has everything you need for a romantic getaway. Located on the first floor of the oceanfront Brighton Tower at Kingston Resort, it offers incredible ocean views and a private balcony, along with free parking and free WiFi (400 Mbps). Furnished with a king-size bed and a desk area, the space also includes a coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, and prep kitchenette. Just walk over the boardwalk to the sand and soak up the coastal lifestyle the Atlantic has to offer.



Brighton Tower is a 21-story oceanfront high-rise within the gated, 24/7-secured Kingston Resort — offering a safe, family-friendly environment for your stay. Please note: Embassy Suites' pools and Splash Park are not included, no passes available for purchase.

Awesome place and Location and super clean!!!

We stayed 5 nights and it was fantastic. Great location, you can stay on site and eat at a couple of different restaurants if you want to. Free covered parking is a plus. Everything was so neat and clean!!!! It is so much to do that is close by !

Last minute trip to Myrtle Beach. Property location was great, walked on the beach one morning, did not get a chance to take advantage of the pool or hot tub. Place was clean and plenty of towels for just the two of us.

Perfect getaway!

This wonderful studio apartment was perfect for our little anniversary getaway! The place was clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. We loved that it was on the first floor, so we could skip waiting on the elevator. We also appreciated there were two showers, so we could save time by showering at the same time.

My wife and I recently stayed at this lovely condo during her work conference . We were only in town for a few days but our stay was perfect. The condo was very clean and smelled great. We had no issues whatsoever. Check-in and checkout were extremely easy and there was plenty of parking. We highly recommend this condo.

Pool and hot tub (we needed the pool and hot tub for rejuvenation from my foot injury and Jim’s recent hospital stay), but they were both closed to construction. We had a slight view of ocean from our balcony but the chairs and table were removed due to construction. When we walked in the room, kids had loud music and dancing (a party) next door but sounded like they were in our room. There was only one hangar, one coffee cup, no tissues. Only one inside chair - mind you, I have a fractured foot. Place was very small! We wanted this place because of pool, hot tub, and shower in the bathroom. We started to buy a table, chairs, coffee cup and hangers from Walmart - but that is sad. VRBO Care did not help us at all! We came home because we didn’t need the extra stress right now. We have the listing that told us we would enjoy the amenities of the pool and hot tub. No mention of construction!

Thank you for your feedback. our listing since December states the balcony was closed due to waterproofing project. In March we updated the pools and would not open till mid May due to the construction. Sir you made the reservation on April 3,2026 knowing the pool and balcony was closed. VRBO agreed with us as it was written on our listing. I tried to give you alternate pool options where our guests had access. We also brought the hangers,cup and any missing things needed the every next day.

Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea. Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
