We had a great stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a couple of nights.

Condo was as described, clean and well appointed. In a nice location in between the beach and Coastal Carolina where we were visiting our child that attends.Booking process and “rules” were a little much for me. Separate lease agreement outside of VRBO. Separate ID screening. Separate damage waiver agreement and cost (not disclosed in VRBO pricing). Make too much noise- 100 Make noise after 10pm 200. Don’t return parking pass 100. Want to check in early 50. Want to check out after 10am 50. We didn’t incur any fees but it does seem like a lot. Check out process excessive as well in my opinion. Normal linen placement and garbage removal, no problem. Load and start dishwasher also no problem except the last tenants dishes were still in the washer. Asked to start laundry, wipe down counters and generally clean the place seems over the top. This won’t bother some but to me that’s why we pay a cleaning fee.

These safeguards are in place to protect both our guests and property owners, and while they may feel like extra steps, they help ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone. Regarding the house rules and potential fees, we strive to be upfront and transparent. These charges only apply in rare situations when rules are disregarded, and the vast majority of guests—like yourselves—never incur them. As for checkout, our cleaning team relies on a basic reset (like running the dishwasher, removing trash, and starting a load of linens) to turn properties efficiently for incoming guests. We’ll review your note about the dishwasher to ensure that doesn’t happen again. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll continue refining our process to balance convenience with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. We truly appreciate your stay and hope to welcome you back in the future.
