Strolling the quaint, tree-lined streets you’ll find international culinary delights, boutique shopping, cafés, bars, and nightlife. Then it’s a short walk home to escape the noisy crowds when it’s time to sleep.

Three large, modern shopping malls are a quick ride away, and almost anything you need can be delivered to your door for a nominal charge. Enjoy the many local parks and green spaces with playground equipment, babbling brooks, farmer’s markets, and picnic seating while you soak in Medellín’s perfect Spring-like weather.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double bed (each bedroom with a Smart Tv) plus a TV room with a sofa bed that can accommodate another guest. You will find a fresh environment with plants distributed throughout the apartment, a spacious living room with air conditioning and working area.

There are different areas that you can enjoy such as the dining room, the kitchen bar and the furniture on the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your preparations and next to it is the laundry area with washer and dryer.
