This wonderfully cared-for, 5-bedroom home provides a calming respite only 1 hour away from Toronto. With over 3000 sq. ft. of space, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable family vacation.

Our family home sits on 4.5 acres of prime waterfront land - located only 1 hour away from Toronto and 15 minutes away from Caledon.

Please note there is an attached but separate entrance in-law suite where our groundskeeper resides. You will have access to all amenities to yourself. No powered motorboats are allowed on the lake.

Nestled in the heart of Alton, our area is surrounded by lush green fields, rolling hills, and serene countryside views, perfect for nature lovers and outdoor activities. Escape the city and enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by natural beauty, while still having access to tons of amenities and activities nearby.

You'll need a car to reach our property. We are just a few minutes away from access to Highway 10 with access to Brampton and Toronto via Highway 410.

Parking: The property provides ample parking space for guests. You can park your vehicles safely and conveniently right on the premises.
Please note we require a supplemental contract be signed at the time of booking/check-in.

There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden anywhere on our property and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may potentially result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

No glass in or around the pool. This is for your own safety as well as the safety of future guests.

Please note that we do NOT allow parties or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise. We don't require you to clean after your stay - but at the same time please do not trash our home - we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition beyond what is reasonably expected.

We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.
