1. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors. You’re welcome to smoke outside. 2. Max 20 people and only 10 overnight guests due to bylaws.

3. Please do not wear your shoes inside the house. 4. Events are allowed if permission granted beforehand but no loud noise/music 11 pm onwards.

5. Violation of rules will result in immediate removal and fines. 6. Don't rearrange things 7. Damages to property will result in a fine.
