We understand the stress and uncertainty that can come with moving, relocating, or transitioning to New York. We are committed to making your stay as smooth as possible. If you plan to stay in New York for more than 30 days but would prefer to begin with a shorter booking, simply let us know. We will keep you informed before accepting other booking requests so that you have the opportunity to extend your stay without interruption.

Our guest home is next to supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, salons, and a variety of stores. Flushing Hospital Medical Center is also nearby. Guests can enjoy walking to the beautiful 235-acre Kissena Park.

Flexible Arrival and Departure

Check-in is after 5:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. With advance notice, guests may also leave their luggage before check-in or after checkout.
