The unobstructed views of the waves & sunrise are mesmerizing! Easy access to the Town of Duck shops & boardwalk by walking, biking or driving. Continue north to catch a glimpse of the wild horses or do some sightseeing of the various lighthouses throughout the OBX! Community access to the Sanderling pool, tennis courts, or schedule a spa session!

4 Gulls & A Bouy is perched on the dune with walkway to the private dune walk beach access directly next to the property including foot wash. Come off the beach and enjoy the spacious outdoor shower under the home. Go up one flight of external stairs to first level of living including three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Go up one more flight of internal stairs to the main living area with amazing ocean views, fireplace, kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom with attached bath. Enjoy the oceanside decks to soak up the breeze and salty air!

Guests have access to the entire property except for locked owner's closets.

As our guest you have access to the community Soundfront pool and tennis courts when Sanderling Amenities are available as pool is seasonal. The Resort will charge the guest as you use these amenities.
