Unwind in York at this delightful house. With 5 cozy bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and convenient amenities like WiFi & grille, guests will feel right at home. The beachside atmosphere of this beautiful property is perfect for a relaxing getaway for family, friends and loved ones. We look forward to hosting you at our place. 10 steps to the beach off the wraparound front porch with the Atlantic Ocean & Long Sands as your front yard. Sorry no pets. Parks 4 vehicles. $500 refundable deposit due at checkin & a linen fee if you choose. Our beloved home is a work in progress as it’s a 150 year old Victorian home sitting on the Atlantic Ocean which has to contend with the elements of the NorthEast/New England!

We loved this beach house so much. The location is excellent!! The sunrise is spectacular All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. the beds are comfortable. We did not want to leave.

We loved the location and hanging on the front porch! The house is dated but you couldn't beat walking across the street to the beach. The host was very responsive and we had everything we needed.

Beautiful Victorian home by the beach

My family and friends stayed 2 nights for July 4th long weekend in beautiful home by the beach. The beach is just across the street. My communication with owner was very easy . She give me all the information and answered all my concerns. The house is old but beautiful Victorian house which we all love. We have everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging outside and sitting in the porch. The beds were comfortable and good quality sheets/ blankets. Each room has its own character. I think they did few renovations in the house but maintained the Victorian style of the house. Just heads there are a lot of stairs in this house because this has 4 levels . It didn’t bother us and we didn’t mind taking those stairs. We love the area because even if it was a holiday weekend it didn’t feel crowded. There were general store on both sides that like 5-10 minutes and few restaurants too. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. And watching the dogs run around in the beach. And getting coffee, hot chocolate and those delicious donuts. Which everyone seems to be buying as soon as the general store opens. We definitely recommend this house and we hope to come again.
