the bed was partially broken, the door barely locks. there's only one little window unit to cool the entire place. the outside of the "cabin" looks run down and abandoned. there were bugs all over the inside. way too expensive for what we got. the place didn't really feel secluded like listed, and there were no blinds on any windows (it felt like people could see in)

Driveway was blocked by someone at the front cabin when we arrived headed to some confusion in finding it. TV remote needs new batteries.

Power went out MULTIPLE times during our 4 day stay, including multiple times within the day. Very cold, no central heat just 2 small heaters. Floors were dirty, bathroom rug was full of leaves and dirt. Bedding had stains, tv remote also did not work from time to time. Cute location just not clean and power is very weak.

I was unable to stay because it was already booked but it took my payment. When I tried to contact the host he didn’t offer any assistance he just sent a message saying the property was unavailable for the time I needed.My friends told me to give it time to be reimbursed. The picture you sent with this survey shows the property is unavailable for my dates.

Lacking

The cabin has the bare minimum in the way of furniture, decor, linens, etc. A little bit more effort in making it more inviting and cozy would go a long way. There are no curtains or blinds, barely enough linens for the futon (which is counted as a bed), no utensils, nothing on the walls, no bedroom or closet door. It could be a very cute place with a little effort.

Clean, but could use a little effort in making it comfortable. We changed the batteries in the remote and tv still wouldn’t work. No window coverings, almost no furniture, minimal towels, bed slants, minimal lighting. A little effort in making this place more inviting would go a long way!

This is a horrible property and it should not be on VRBO. We have gone through Vrbo many times and this was a total dump. We ended up not staying and getting our money refunded because when we got there there was no water and there would be no water until the next day. My husband had to clear a tree out in front of the property to even get in it. There was a gap in the door that a mouse or a snake would be sure to get in so we had to stuff paper in that. There was one towel for bathing. I tried working with the owner and he was moving us to his other cabin a few yards from this one and we got there and there was no electricity. Both of the properties are rundown and just absolutely terrible outside. Again we have use VRBO many times and have always been pleased. A word of suggestion I would take him off of any of your listings
