C53 - Bahia Vista Condo

Enjoy Catalina in Style at this fully remodeled one bedroom, two baths condo in the Bahia Vista Complex with a fully stocked kitchen. Easy walk to everywhere in Avalon.
The spacious bedroom has a Cal king bed, along with the full master bathroom. The living room offers a full-size sofa sleeper and an electric fireplace.
Access the large balcony from the living room, where you can enjoy a beautiful garden view and BBQ.
Bahia Vista offer a Swimming pool and Jacuzzi . Bring your own pool and beach towels. Enjoy the only condo in Bahia Vista that has Air Conditioning!

Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules and Regulations. Unit C53
Maximum Occupancy: 4 people / Bedroom 1: King bed | Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.

We stayed for the 1/2 marathon. The location to race start was why we chose this property. Unfortunately the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Yellow stained pillows, stained comforter and dirty rugs. Food left in the refrigerator from previous party. I would not stay in this unit again. They were not able to move us and they did put new sheets on the bed, but overall it was not clean.

My family and I had a great time on the island, the condo was very nice and clean! Kids loved the pool! Hopefully there will be a return for us in the near future.

Wonderful place to stay just off the main strip

Lovely place to stay for a short vacation. Two blocks away from the main strip of Crescent st so it's nice and quiet. Upon our arrival, the groundskeeping manager (gentleman who runs the garden) saw that my daughter was sunburned and was kind enough to bring her some fresh aloe from his garden. He gave us a wonderful first impression. Would reccomend and would stay again.

I was disappointed that I wasn’t compensated in anyway for spending almost a week in a condo without a light in the kitchen. It made cooking difficult and frustrating. Also, no instructions for tv. Could be better organized/cleaner…didn’t feel as clean as prior year when I stayed in sane condo. The size of condo is perfect for my family…we cook though while in Avalon and having no light in the kitchen was an issue.
