It was cool

Was chill spot. Was one confusing moment when another couple said they are staying in same location but their unit was locked. Night life is lit and it’s perfect location for all that. Didn’t get a chance to check it out when staying. Communication was iffy when reaching out via phone call. Would go back when available to.

The house has potential but needs some work

The house was okay. It has potential, it just needs some TLC. The location is great, it’s close to a ton of restaurants, stores, bars, and the space accommodates a larger group well. It’s a cute house but its not well taken care of. Shower drains were clogged, toilet was loose, sink faucet was loose, door handles were loose, front and back lawn were overgrown, front door doesn’t stay closed unless it’s locked, blinds were broken, beds were not great, it just wasn’t impressive. With some attention the house could be really great!

Great location near shopping, food and bars. Home is a nice size and fit everyone well. Lighting is very much lacking in all rooms and the beds were uncomfortable, but we made due. The front and back doors were rotting and you can see outside from the bottom. The description left out how noisy it gets after dark. The partying goes on until after 1am, not the best for babies. The yard space could use some cleanup and the driveway is super tight. If you have a vehicle larger than a car it is hard to get out of the door and street parking is nearly impossible. Communication was not great and had to reach out a couple times before getting an email back. We did have a wonderful time and none of this stopped us from spending time together, so it was worth the stay, but are suggestions on areas that need some work.
