Not up to par for a rental
Check in was simple, dock was great, kitchen had a nice big table for my family of 7 but was poorly equipped: had to buy a pan to cook pancakes, no scissors, one wine glass, no garbage disposal, shortage of silverware (had to wash after every meal), shortage of serving dishes, no large pot for pasta (had to cook in 2 smaller pots), paper towel holder broken on one end, pictures online showed a keurig coffee maker but only had drip maker, no baking pans (had to buy a pan to make brownies), no outdoor downstairs lights or outlet for charging golf cart rental or inflating beach items, (had to get an extension cord to go upstairs and into the house). Upstairs bathroom in bedroom had no fan, shower faucet continuously dripped all night, mold on bathroom walls, some lights didn’t work, only main level tv worked (bedroom tv’s did not). Been coming to ocean isle for 15 years and have never rented a home that was in this condition. We were disappointed and we left a day early.
