Perfect location. Beautiful home. Well appointed with EVERYTHING that we needed. We’ve stayed in 3 homes in Island Park and this one is best. We got to see the alligator in the pond! The only thing and trust me this is petty…we had a problem with tiny ants coming in around the kitchen window but we put out some ant bait and they were gone by next day. Likely the rain is running them inside. We would definitely stay again.

My husband David and I have been vacationing at OIB for years and we have owned property on the island since 2005. We also have an oceanfront condo (414438) that we rent. We love OIB and think it is the perfect family vacation spot. We have certainly enjoyed spending time on the island with our two kids and extended family.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This beach house is in the Island Park Cottages community on the far west end. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island center, but is a quick drive to all the action. This is a perfect house for two families and close to other Island Park rentals for extended family. It's a quick 2-3 minute walk to the public beach access or you can rent a golf cart during your stay.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This beach house backs up to a pond that has a fountain. It provides the relaxation of listening to running water without the cost of being oceanfront. You can also rent our kayaks and use them in the pond.
