Work or play from this professionally decorated, accessible single-floor 3-bedroom residence right in the middle of Monument's business zone. Shops, parks, wedding venues, taverns, cafes, and fine dining are mere steps away in your neighborhood. Walk to the Santa Fe trail or to Monument Lake in mere minutes. Fish, kayak, SUP, hike, JEEP or bike amidst great views and a charming town. Enjoy the Farmer’s Market, summer concerts, and holiday events without parking hassles. Watch the sunset over the Rocky Mountains out your front window. Quickly reach attractions in Colorado Springs, at the Air Force Academy, in Denver, or in the Rocky Mountains.

Beds are king, queen, and twin. The twin-bed room has workstation. Full kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposer, range, microwave and air fryer. Full laundry. Attached garage. Open plan with 75-inch television. Bathroom has custom shower with detachable spray handle, double sink and bidet toilet. Fenced private backyard. AC and high-efficiency furnace. Alley access to the fenced backyard. Pets permitted for a fee.

The town closes Washington Street to vehicles on the 4th of July for vendors and its Independence Day parade. Vehicles may reach the property through the alley in the afternoon.

The overall experience with the property and host was great. Bruce was helpful with recommendations on plays to visit, eat and dealing with the altitude. The property included everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay.

Perfect location and lovely home!

The house was very comfortable and a great location for getting on I-25 to visit family along the Front Range. There were nice shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend Lolley’s ice cream just down the street. So good! A wonderful stay overall!

Have not been to DT Monument. We sold our house. Nothing to move into. Moved our stuff from Phoenix to CS. Found this gem and it made it life's changes feel like the right decision! Thx Bruce... Amazing experience.

Fantastic home right off I25 in Historical Monument

We had an incredible stay at this home! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it so easy to explore the area without needing to drive.The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both stylish and cozy. The amenities were excellent—comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and even little extras like kid friendly dishes that made our stay extra special.The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze, and they made us feel safe and cared for every step of the way.If you’re looking for a clean, charming, and well-located place to stay, this is it! We can’t wait to come back!

I was a Navy brat, so I grew up near water. I attended 16 different grade schools. I am a retired US Army Reserve Chaplain and former US Army Combat Engineer. Our four grown sons with wives and children were born in Panama, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Indonesia.

My wife and I bought this place for her aging parents to stay in for as long as they could. It's all on one level and in a perfect spot for reaching all kinds of entertainment, activities, and amenities without driving. It's also right next to the main highway connecting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the Air Force Academy.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We totally renovated this property with convenience to short term renters in mind. It has an attached garage and fenced private back yard. There is nothing out there that is more central to the town's restaurant and business zone. We are excited to learn the keys to being great hosts.
