About this space
Congratulations! You have found a secret oasis in a city of half million people.This is a spectacular property in the center of the city with impressive views and total privacy, dog friendly and centrally located less than 15 minutes to any outlying part of town. This is not just a house, it’s a lifestyle, one of a kind and truly a special place!
The space
This level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths featuring a living and dining area, an impressive wood burning brick fireplace, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, and full-size range, microwave, and stackable washer/dryer. Since the property is on the side of a cliff, the lower level is above ground and features views from every window and a fabulous deck for barbecues with a gas fire pit and a hot tub for relaxing. The driveway is designated for your private parking. There is room for 2 cars.

The owner maintains occupancy at the upper level of the house which has a separate entrance. No INTERNAL shared spaces or EXTERNAL shared spaces (Hot tub, bbq area,patio and parking area). Further down the slope you will find many hidden treasures. There are more rock formations including a giant rock with a huge tree growing in the middle of it. There is a ledge where you can place a bench to sit back with a cocktail and enjoy nature. You can take nature walks to look for antlers, rocks, or driftwood.

Whole Lower Level of the house, patio and backyard.

Other things to note: We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While on the property, guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. By booking, guests acknowledge that the homeowner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the stay.

NO MUSIC OR SPEAKERS OUTSIDE after 7PM out of respect for our neighbors. Indoor volume should also be kept at a reasonable level. Quiet time: 9PM.
Before starting a fire, make sure to open the flue all the way. Use the fireplace screen and close the damper when the fire is extinguished.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult when using the hot tub. Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This truly felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need. Traveling with 6 adults and 1 child, space and convenience were important—and this place delivered perfectly.The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The little details made a big difference and showed how much care the hosts put into making guests feel welcome.Communication was easy and responsive, and the home was exactly as described (if not better). We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to families or larger groups looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Felt right at home

My friends and I had a great stay at this amazing property. Check in was super easy and we instantly felt right at home, with our great hosts providing everything we could ask for. Colorado Springs Vacation

Absolutely loved our stay! The views of Pikes Peak are amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor space so much. Saw turkeys and mule deer by the house and enjoyed the sounds of the coyotes howling while enjoying the fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely recommend staying here!
