Surrounded by peaceful farm fields and open countryside, it offers a private setting where guests can slow down, gather and enjoy time together.

Inside, the home offers 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 3.5 bathrooms across two fully renovated levels, with generous spaces designed for both relaxing and entertaining.

The main floor is the heart of the home, with soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and an airy open-concept layout filled with natural light. The chef-inspired kitchen was designed to bring everyone together and features a large waterfall island, gas stove, walk-in pantry, coffee station, barware and a fully equipped kitchen for everything from slow mornings to celebratory dinners.

The adjoining living and dining spaces make it easy to gather as a group while still feeling relaxed and comfortable. Thoughtful finishes, warm natural materials and carefully selected details give the home its distinctive style while keeping the atmosphere inviting and livable.

The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, private ensuite, arched walk-in shower and cozy makeup nook. Additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family, friends or bridal parties, with plenty of space for everyone to settle in.

Outside, the property opens onto sweeping countryside views with a deck, covered patio, firepit area, gardens and plenty of room to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Mornings are quiet, evenings are made for gathering outside, and the open landscape creates a beautiful backdrop throughout the year.

The White House is especially well suited for family celebrations, bridal mornings, girls’ weekends, milestone stays, intimate civil ceremonies and approved private events. Small private gatherings may be permitted with written host approval prior to booking. Additional fees apply for visitors who attend the property but are not included as overnight guests. The entire home and property are private for your stay, giving your group the freedom to settle in and enjoy the space as your own. Parking is available for up to 12 vehicles.

Seasonal amenities: The hot tub, outdoor shower and cold plunge are seasonal and are closed from November through spring due to freezing overnight temperatures.
