Our Specialty: Our accommodations are tailored for travelers staying 30+ days in New York for tourism, temporary work, or recent relocations to the city. Please note that our guest home is not designed for New York residents or long-term stays. If you are a New Yorker, we will require a complete tenant application, including a background check, credit report, and job information.
Toiletries & Bedlinen: We provide standard amenities (most of what you need including soap, shampoo, toiletries and bedlinen) at check-in. We kindly ask that you supply and refill your own after check-in.
Cleaning: We follow a strict protocol to deeply clean and sanitize your unit before check-in. We also clean and maintain the public areas for your enjoyment. If you would like cleaning services for your private unit during your stay, our housekeepers are available for an additional fee.
House rule compliance is required: We strictly prohibit the use of drugs, marijuana, parties, and loud music on the property and its surroundings. For security purposes, only booked guests are allowed to access the property, except for pre-approved family member visits.
Check-in / Check-out Time: Please make sure to have your ID with you during check-in. Our standard check-in time is 5:00 pm or later, and check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier, with the option of a late check-out at 11:00 am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pets: We warmly welcome well-behaved and trained pets.
We are typically available in or near the building and ready to assist you.
We prefer to welcome you during check-in, but in the event that we are unable to meet you at your arrival time, you may send us your ID for self-check-in.

It takes just 15-35 minutes by train or subway from Flushing to reach Manhattan's Grand Central Station, Penn Station, Times Square, or Central Park.
Flushing, the largest Chinatown in the US, is home to not just Chinese restaurants, marketplaces and culture, but also to many Korean, South Asian and Latin American restaurants, Asian, Indian and Latin American festivals and Buddhist, Hindu, Christian and Jewish houses of worship. As a multicultural melting pot in the heart of Queens, Flushing has one of the fastest-growing Chinese communities outside of Asia and is also home to one of the first and largest Hindu Temples built in the US.
