Enjoy coffee by morning and a glass of wine by evening in either the kitchen's dining nook, or the screened-in front porch. These enchanted spaces are also perfect for playing games or nature watching! Outdoors, the large bonfire area is perfect for evenings with family and friends under the stars. The backyard, strung with sparkling lights, is perfect for cooking meals on the charcoal grill, making s'mores around the bonfire, or relaxing in a hammock with a cool summer breeze.

Located in the Glenn Shores community, this beachfront community is a short drive to South Haven, Fennville, and Saugatuck/Douglas, where you can find many quaint options for shopping and dining. The little town of Glenn also boasts a convenience store with wonderful sandwiches and pizza. While Champagne Cottage offers modern day amenities guests are sure to appreciate, this is a rustic beach cottage that still offers unique charm. While the home does not have central air conditioning, a portable air conditioning unit has been provided for your comfort. Even better, enjoy lake breeze and sounds with the windows open. This home does not offer a washer/dryer. This home is pet (dog) friendly and will accommodate 2 dogs. If a pet will be vacationing with you, a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) will be added upon approval of your booking request.
