自宅から離れた家-バケーションレンタル103-（シルバーレート）は、広々とした1階（地上階ではない）のコンドミニアムです。 快適なリビングルームには、新しいソファとフラットパネルテレビ付きのラブシート（11 // 17）があります。 隣接するダイニングエリア。 設備の整ったキッチンで簡単に調理したり、近くにある多くの高級レストランのいずれかをお楽しみください。 リビングルームとマスターベッドルームは隣接するバルコニーを共有しているため、夕日の素晴らしい景色を望むマスターベッドルームが可能です！ 大きなクローゼット付きの3つのベッドルーム。 マスターベッドルームとセカンドベッドルームにあるフ���ットパネルテレビ。 ダブルシンク付きの2つのフルバス。 湾岸に面したプライベートバルコニーからは、温水プールと何マイルにも及ぶ白い砂糖砂のビーチが見渡せます。 プライベートテニスコートは最近改装されました（2018年1月）。 コンドミニアムの洗濯機と乾燥機（写真なし）。 無料の無線インターネットアクセス。 無料の市内通話。 所有者は禁煙を要求します。

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful condo for our needs We had other family members in two other condos on 3rd & 4th floor, but our rental was conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the stairs which was great due to the very SLOW elevator ALL family members in all condos had a wonderful time at this great location We ALL will definitely return in the future

Best beach ever

The room was great everything worked as it should. The view was amazing. But the beach was the icing on the cake. Basically, no waves was able to take the kids out into the ocean for the first time in five years that we’ve been going to the beach. Lol had a great time

Beyond the pool was the lovely beach. Morning coffee on our balcony each morning was such a treat in addition to seeing the beautiful sunsets each evening. The condo was extremely comfortable and clean. We had no complaints about this rental and would definitely stay there again.

Mirrored doors seemed a little off track , but walk in closet was plenty of room. View and location were beautiful. Close to activities,restaurants , grocery shopping and souvenir shops. Check in and out was easy , room was ready early. We would stay here again.

Family vacation.

When we were almost to the management office, we received a phone call from the office informing us that the condo where we were booked was unavailable because the renter before us was sick and could not leave the condo. They did show us two condo units that were available, allowing us to pick the one we liked best. They even refunded a small portion of our costs for the inconvenience. Every turned out very well and we had a wonderful time in Redington Shores!!

Spring Break 2021

This was a great rental in terms of location (right on the beach), space within the condo, and convenience. It was affordable considering we booked it five days in advance and the management company was super to work with. The condo is somewhat dated and, while functional, it needs updated to keep pace with the other units in this complex. The dining room table chairs were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat on and the furniture on the balcony needs replaced. Something that draws you to want to sit out and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets without worrying about needing a tetanus shot. A review from a few years ago stated the kitchen was well stocked — no longer the case. There is simply a few basic, random items that did not support meal preparation. Bring your own or prepare to eat out! Internet was hit/miss, but again JC Management worked to order a new modem/router, so I’m sure this will be resolved for future guests.

Our Family Vacation at Sea Oats

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rents several units each year for the past 30 years. My family rented unit 103. This unit was perfect for our stay. The unit was clean. We loved the updated bathrooms, very nice. A few things we would like to see updated are the stove (takes a long time to heat and cook food), refrigerator freezer (only made ice one time, water dispenser would come out in a trickle), utensils were very low. Only 7 forks, spoons which we had to wash often since we ate in quite a bit. Overall a great time, we would have rated a 5 start otherwise. A shout out to the property staff, they were very friendly, answered any questions and hard working to keep property clean.One final comment, the offer of pre check in before 4 pm at the jc MGMT office had us making two trips to the office. We had to come back for door key code and fobs. Which could have been given on our first trip to check in. We look forward to our next visit to the beach. 😁

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good overall experience, enjoyed beach and pool. Unit needs updating, needs new carpet (current old, worn, stained. Needs new Dining room furniture. Dining chairs cushions worn out & uncomfortable & table stains with cold water glasses, have to use coasters. Bathrooms need updating, peeling wallpaper. Too much stuff stored in laundry room makes it difficult to use dryer. Unit should be bronze rated, not silver. Needs more balcony furniture. Also more silverware. Living room is nice other than carpet, would prefer all tile or all hard surface flooring. Excellent location, loved watching dolphins in the mornings from our balcony. Stayed 7 weeks January-March 2022 and same time same unit 2021

Reviewer Comments: Bathroom faucet not shutting off - air conditioning not working - Door bell chirp/beep at 2 AM, batteries severely corroded - 6 person rental and only 2 balcony chairs - no dishwasher tablets to run dishwasher - Lied to about A/C repair - When talked to front desk got " read your contract " - should have been compensation for 3 nights of restless sleep (temp in condo got up to 80 F - then chirping). I will definitely add my review to other websites as well. Other issues as well.

Sea Oats

I have stayed on this property many times for many years. This was not my favorite room, loved the location on the first floor but it needs updating and was not very clean. I also don’t understand why the pool closes so early.
