CLEANING SERVICE:

No daily cleaning service is provided in the rental fee. Before check-in, the property will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean linens and towels will be available in the unit. Our home undergoes an extensive cleaning and sanitization process, adhering to higher standards than most properties.

FOOD POLICY:

Per Florida law, we cannot leave open food in the fridge or kitchen cabinets. All food items will be discarded after the guest’s check-out.

TRASH DISPOSAL:

Daily collection: Please place trash in the bins by the front door, securely bagged.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF NOT COMPLIED WITH:

If the owner has to send someone to fix or repair issues or pay extra for cleaning.

Extra fees apply if using:

BBQ grill: One-time fee of $75.
Pool heater: $50 per night, minimum of 4 consecutive nights required.
Please note this is not a jacuzzi, only a SPA.
