Resort Community
You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

Neighborhood
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You're less than 10 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports.
