Home was just as described. Close to shopping, dining, beach and the Legacy Trail. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for rest and relaxation.

While we unfortunately not in town for a vacation but a medical procedure at nearby Sarasota Memorial Hospital, the stay was perfect. Everything was better than advertised. The next time we're in the area, this will be our first choice.

Great location, perfect space

This house was clean, cozily decorated and had everything we needed. We travel to Sarasota several times a year and struggle to find a place that can accommodate 3 teens and a dog. Owner was extremely responsive and we all agree, this will be our new home away from home when we are in the area. Thank you!

Hi Paula, we've never had any of these complaints from other guests before. AC is in great condition, new thermostat system was put in earlier this year. You never reached out to ask how to adjust it. As we mentioned to you we are available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns. We have never had another guest complain about cleanliness before. You did bring your own pet so i wonder if it was their hair on the couch...
