This cozy, bright beach home is perfect for a quiet stay close to everything, whether walking, biking or driving.It's about a 20-35 min drive to LAX and a 35-45 min drive to Santa Monica or Downtown LA.

The home has the charm of an older home but the updates of a newer home. I love that I can blend living indoors with living outdoors here. I leave my windows open and I feel the ocean breeze nearly every day. There's no need for A/C. A few days in the summer, I may turn on a fan.
The outdoor back area has about 7 chairs and an outdoor bar height table, right next to the kitchen, blending indoor and outdoor life. The front yard has a wicker sofa.
This place is especially great for beach lovers, walkers, seafood lovers (the Redondo Pier is a 10 min walk), and anyone who likes to being outdoors in sunny, breezy SoCal. Especially great for those wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
