Okay let’s start off with the check in process. This person Sam, I don’t know if it’s a man or woman, did not properly start the check in process. I pulled into the driveway not knowing what door to go to, what the code was, where to park, nothing. So they finally reply to me an hour after my check in time at 5 o clock, after we had already been driving around wasting time after the airport since 9 am. We were tired. So we finally get in, and there is NO kitchen. No microwave, nothing. There is a refrigerator but that’s it. There is no televisions, just 2 beds in one room, 2 in another, and a small bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting. It had black mold on the bottom trim near the toilet and in the shower, the condensation from even a SHORT shower would become so bad it would drip from the walls and ceiling and leave the floor soaking wet, we wasted 2 of the 4 total towels provided for our 9 day stay on cleaning up water. The front door has several holes in the cracks, allowing for a ton of airflow and a ton of bugs. My body is covered in bug bites. So on top of all of this, this person made it VERY clear no smoking was allowed inside or outside the premises whatsoever, think I was told that about 4 or 5 times, and that if they came by and smelled any smoke or weed that they would have us kicked out immediately with no refund. So today we check out, everything is normal until about 5 hours after we check out, where they send me a message telling me that I obviously had smoked inside and had left a mess and spilled blue “stuff” all over her white table. I could not believe what I was being accused of. We did not ONCE smoke inside or outside of her property. Not once, there is simply no possible way she could be smelling smoke. So they withhold my security deposit, leave a horrible review on me, and refuse to send me pictures of the “blue stuff on the table”. Absolutely DO NOT stay here, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
