The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well appointed. Comfortable furniture, good mattress, and the kitchen was well stocked. Five minutes from downtown with plenty of options for coffee, food, and drinks. Highly recommend!

Sweet spot!

We came for a Red Rocks concert but stayed longer for hiking in RMNP. The place worked great for both. And Golden is the sweetest city. Added bonus, the walk to downtown Golden took us past many interesting things (ex the Sherpa House) we would have missed otherwise.

We were surprised by the location being above a business, but it was pristine and quiet. Inside was decorated so cute. My favorite were all the music quotes around the place. It was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Extra Bedding and towels were nicely stored and organized in plastic bins, which made it easy to find. There were grocery stores nearby and not too far from downtown Golden or Red Rocks. We really enjoyed our stay!

Immaculate! It’s like the owner budgeted 200k in furniture, paint, flooring, kitchen, basically everything! Just phenomenal. Only drawback was the instructions for finding the entry to the outside doorway to the elevator. I would add that the poorly marked doorway doorway (basically invisible if your initial arrival is after sunset. My wife and I spent about 45 minutes walking around the building looking for the entry. When I called the Superhost’s phone number, I had to leave a voicemail, and never heard back. Additionally, I emailed the host, from the parking lot, to no avail.Otherwise, the place was absolutely exceptional!

We stayed here for a night after a flight to settle in and adjust to the altitude before driving up to the mountains to ski. It was quiet, comfortable and very clean. Host was very responsive when we had an issue getting in (which I am pretty sure was because we were early for check-in). It was just perfect!

Perfect, cozy condo. The unit is clean and well appointed, and we felt at home instantly. The host was an excellent communicator. Location was great central to all things we wanted to explore; Boulder, Golden, Denver. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
