The condo is on the ground floor with a private entrance and no shared hallways. The complex has 8 units.

Golden is a former gold rush town at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Today it is a vibrant community that celebrates the history and welcomes visitors to enjoy world-class outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and local charm.

We loved this place! Very clean and well appointed. Also walkable to downtown Boulder including shops, restaurants, bars and the Coors brewery tour. Also very easy to get to Red Rocks for an amazing concert! We will be back!

Perfect spot in Golden

The condo was perfect to visit Golden. We went to see the sunrise at Red Rocks, shopped in town, did a Coors tour (make reservations), visited Estes and the Rocky Mountain National Park (make reservations), and went to a concert at Red Rocks. Food in town was amazing. The condo had all we needed. We were very thankful for private parking as well.

Convenient location

Our unit was a convenient distance from downtown Golden. We walked everywhere. I was concerned about noise from other units but it was quiet and relaxing. Really loved it!

I’ve been to a number of short term rentals in Golden and this was absolutely one of the best. The location simply can’t be beat, the unit was clean and modern, and the hosts were on top of it all. No notes. Super satisfied!

Great Basecamp

Thank you for a clean and new place. The coffee and creamers were a nice touch on top of all the necessary utensils. This location was excellent for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Sweet lil stay in Golden

This condo was wonderful. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable. 10-15 minute drive to Red Rocks. We’ll be back!

Red Rocks stay

We thought the place eas amazing until day 4 of our stay when my adult daughter founds bugs in her hair and in the sheets. I know there is a bedbug epudemic, but it was a bit disconcering.

Great location and perfectly appointed.

We were in town to see our Mines student and this place was perfect! The location let us walk to everything. So many little touches made this such a comfortable place to stay - charging station, reusable grocery bags, even a sound machine in the bedroom! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals. Enjoyed the litt”e outside area across the parking lot too. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was lovely with nice thick towels. Beautiful and so clean. We will be back!

Very clean. Everything works and exactly is described. Very close to restaurants, coors. Good place to stay if going to red rocks which is only about 15 mins away and is a reasonable uber ride.

What a great little place right on the edge of downtown Golden! It was clean, comfortable and had everything my teen daughter and I needed during a stay to go to a concert at Red Rocks. Loved having the grocery store as well as a beautiful hike within walking distance. Would stay again.

Nice little place in a great location

We enjoyed our stay very much and Meg was great to work with! The condo was very nice and bed was comfortable. The unit is right next to a road but we couldnt hear the traffic. We were able to walk everywhere in the cute town of Golden. If you want to tour the Coors Brewery it is a very close walk as are all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Golden
